Emily + Aaron

Emily and Aaron’s September wedding was a rainy one, but also proof that even a rainy day at Iris Aisle is beautiful.

Emily and her girls got ready for the day in our cozy Couple’s Cabin, and we love how Emily kept things casual by wearing her fuzzy slippers around before the first look.

Our farm tables, set up end to end, banquet style in the clearing, were perfectly accented with greenery, black candles, and flowers by Pretty Petunia Floral. A unique touch was Emily & Aaron’s guest book - guests wrote notes for them on a little white hearts, and stacked them all up to be read later.

After some couples photos around the property and family photos in the Conservatory, guests gathered inside the greenhouse where they were sheltered from the soft autumn rain. All eyes were on Emily as she entered, and she and Aaron said their vows in front of their closest family and friends. After they kissed, they walked out to find the rain had quit just in time for guests to enjoy the outdoor reception.

Cake was cut, Maria’s Tacos taco truck served dinner, and guests enjoyed an open Margarita bar from the Traveling Nova bar cart for the evening! Sweet toasts and Emily & Aaron’s first dance were held in the Conservatory as all their guests gathered around them. It was a sweet fall wedding filled with love and joy and we’ll remember it always.
