Katelynn + Jeremiah

Where do we even begin with Katelynn & Jeremiah’s wedding day? There’s so much to love about their beautiful, non-traditional, nature-inspired celebration that was was full of the cutest details, all the laughter, and sweetest friends and family, but our favorite part might be how much their personalities shine through every part of their day.

We’re still swooning over Katelynn’s incredible gown, cape, mushroom socks, and hand-painted Doc Marten boots, and these two were just the coolest in their matching sunglasses. We loved getting artsy with them for all their couples portraits!

Their ceremony held so many lovely and deeply personal moments, including a handfasting ritual to mark their union, a stunning floral arch by The Magnolia Floral, mementos and photos to honor the memory of special people in their lives, and many loved ones looking on with joy.

It was a warm August day that called for rain for majority of it, but to our surprise, it held off until the very end of the night. We were so grateful for the good weather, so Katelynn & Jeremiah could have their wish of one long family-style banquet table for all their guests to sit around for dinner at their reception, catered by one of the best local BBQ trucks around, Smokey D’s! We loved this reception setup and hope to see other couples use it again in the future!
