Rochelle + Neal
Sometimes, life has a way of gently steering us in a direction we didn’t expect, but perhaps exactly where we were meant to go. Rochelle and Neal’s journey to their wedding day was a testament to that. Originally, they had envisioned tying the knot amidst the stunning backdrop of Colorado’s majestic landscapes (because who doesn’t love Colorado?). But when unforeseen circumstances arose, they sought out Iris Aisle to create the same natural, serene vibe they’d dreamed of—and we were honored to bring that vision to life.
Their micro wedding was nothing short of magical, a beautiful unfolding of love, laughter, and togetherness. The day began in the Couple’s Cabin, filled with the joyful sounds of children giggling and darting around in their little dress clothes. Rochelle radiated excitement and grace as she prepared for her walk down the aisle, savoring every moment leading up to it. Her mother, sisters, and children lovingly surrounded her, creating an atmosphere of warmth and connection as they helped her get ready.
Meanwhile, Neal explored the property, soaking in the calm before the ceremony. Earl guided him through our newly built cabin, capturing quiet, reflective moments as Neal prepared for the day ahead. It was a touching balance of stillness and anticipation.
August gifted us its finest canvas—the grounds were alive with vibrant wildflowers, lush greenery, and the soft hum of summer. And just as the sun began its descent, golden light poured through the trees, wrapping Rochelle and Neal’s ceremony in an ethereal glow. Love and laughter wove their way through the air, culminating in a deeply moving moment when family and friends encircled the couple to pray over them. Hands rested gently on their shoulders as words of hope and blessing flowed, grounding the day in gratitude and shared faith.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, we celebrated with heartfelt toasts, a few light snacks, and an unhurried wander around the property to capture intimate portraits of Rochelle and Neal. One of the most heartwarming memories of the evening was the sound of children’s laughter echoing through the cedar grove as they played on the hammocks in the woods. It was a reminder of what we hold dear here at Iris Aisle—creating a space where everyone, no matter their age, can revel in the beauty and joy of nature.
Rochelle and Neal’s day was not what they originally planned, but it was filled with an authenticity and soulfulness that could not have been more perfect. If you’re drawn to the outdoors, where wildflowers bloom freely and cedar trees whisper in the breeze, Iris Aisle might just be the place where your story unfolds, too.
